This week, I decided to rename the Chakra Affirmations to the Sacred Seven Energy Transmission. It is more than just a collection of chakra reflections - I intend for it to be a living system of alignment, designed to help you weave your energy, voice, and leadership into the world with precision and purpose.

This transmission serves as a bridge between personal healing and collective transformation, ensuring that each activation serves both the individual journey and a grand unfolding of a new reality.

When I refer to the Sacred Seven, it is not just a shorthand for the chakras in a traditional sense, but these are themes woven through every aspect of my practice - my book, my Reiki sessions, my personal goals, even how I organize my week. These are forces of movement, guiding us through dimensional mastery, ensuring that energy shifts from rooted personal sovereignty to strategic intuition. They follow a fluid process, such as what we see this week:

• Honesty (Root) → Confronting truth, facing shadows, and establishing transformation.

• Choice (Sacral) → Declaring desires before fate chooses for you, ensuring alignment with personal destiny.

• Abundance (Solar Plexus) → Stepping forward with intention, ensuring every action builds prosperity.

• Expansion (Heart) → Allowing growth to ripple outward into relationships, leadership, and communal healing.

• Preparation (Throat) → Sharpening truth, ensuring discernment before stepping into public discourse.

• Calm (Third Eye) → Staying grounded in clarity, recognizing illusion from reality before reacting.

• Repair (Crown) → Turning defeat into wisdom, ensuring energy is spent on rebuilding rather than resentment.

Each week, these reflections serve as a guided activation, ensuring you move fluidly through energetic cycles, balancing leadership, emotional integrity, and spiritual clarity. I am building this into a system that will include a tarot deck, a weekly planner & regular meditations and extended training that help structure your goals through the week and month.

This weekend, I’ll post the Seeds of the Seven Sisters Origin Story, a foundation for understanding the origin, mythos, and structure of this system. This is the basis of guided meditation called “Sacred Subversion,” I’ve been using to transmute the energies of this time into meaningful social change. Guiding you through replacing the social fabric constructed by a government with a more organic web of connection between us that can’t be so easily fractured or broken.
